Cookie Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

A cookie is a small file that a website saves on your device. Browsers also offer other storage, called local storage and session storage, that works in a similar way. This page lists what this website saves, and which other companies your browser contacts.

In short

This website sets no cookies.
It saves two small items in your browser. Neither holds personal data, and neither is sent to us.
It has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking tools.
So there is no cookie banner. If we add any of these tools, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

What the website saves in your browser

Preferences

Name: 750:prefs
Type: local storage.
Purpose: remembers the currency (AED, EUR or USD) and the area unit (ft² or m²) you chose, so that you do not have to choose again.
Saved when: you change the currency or the unit.
Duration: until you clear your browser's site data. It has no expiry date.
Sent to us: no. It stays on your device.

Opening animation

Name: 750-intro
Type: session storage.
Purpose: records that you have seen the short opening animation, so that it plays once per visit and not on every page. It holds the value 1.
Saved when: the animation plays. If your device is set to reduce motion, the animation does not play and nothing is saved.
Duration: until you close the browser tab.
Sent to us: no. It stays on your device.

These two items only make the website work the way you asked, or avoid repeating an animation. They contain no personal data.

Other companies your browser contacts

Maps. Pages with a map (the home page, Projects, each project, each developer and each area) load the map from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org). Your browser asks for it when you scroll near the map. OpenFreeMap receives your IP address, your browser details and the part of the map you view. Its own policy applies.
Bot check, only if switched on. Some forms may load Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. See the Privacy Policy.
WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Links to these services leave this website. Nothing is loaded from them until you click, and then their own cookies and policies apply.
Fonts and images. They are served from this website, not from Google Fonts or another outside service.

Your choices

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you clear this website's storage, it forgets your currency and unit and shows its defaults, AED and ft². The opening animation may play again. Everything else still works.

You can change your currency and unit at any time with the language and currency control in the header.

Changes to this policy

If we add cookies or tools, we will update this page and the date at the top.
